After the Kick-off Conference of the project which took place in Rome at 2015 January 23, the Partners continued their work on the contexts and target groups needs analisys.
This phase shall aim at:
Analysing sexual orientation discrimination at work in the Partner Countries
Analysing any possible LGBT Diversity policy developed and implemented in the Companies/Firms of each Partner Country
Mapping/sharing any LGBT Diversity-related Good Practice adopted in companies/firms of the Partner Countries
Identifying the target group needs with reference to discrimination based on sexual orientation at work
